Second Instructional Image

I Chose to create this instructional image and use it as a poster in my classroom. I added the quote "Rome was not built in a day" to represent my students with learning disabilities. It shows them that Rome was such and insparational place of great wonders and extrodinary leaders and philosphers. It will show my students that just because they are not getting something right away, or were told they wil never become anything, or succeed, this will hopefully show them that with time they can achieve in such extrodinary ways. I also chose this because our unit of study is rome and its architecture.

Chapter 1 reflection

Well, Chapter one had a lot of reading. I have a hard time focusing when it comes to reading, but there were a lot of visuals as well. I really enjoyed the time line and the history of computers and electronics! That was so interesting to see how far we have come. It was amazing to see Piaget's addition to how our brains have accommodated to a huge range of developmental skills. But what I really got out of this chapter was just the history of literacy and what it has evolved to.
